How Is It Done?
If you use folders to categorize your emails -
Each folder is converted to
a separate file. For example, the folder "Comcast" is saved as
"Comcast.DOC". The top line of each file shows where in
the cabinet the emails came from. The process is automatic and
no human eyes will view your emails. view sample.
Pictures cannot be saved.
Email Archiving!
Perhaps you don't want to leave AOL but need to
archive your older emails and use your PFC only for current subjects. Let us do
that for you.
Email Organizing!
Or is this you? - You don't make folders in your
PFC. Your emails are totally uncategorized. All your incoming emails are in the
'Incoming/Saved' folder and all your sent emails are in the 'Mail You've
Sent" folder. We can organize all the email from both folders into separate
files, one file for each email address. Example - All your emails to and from
abc@yahoo.com is in a file named abc@yahoo.com.DOC and it's contents are sorted
by date.
What Does It Cost?
This is done as a service, not a
product so there's no software to buy. The charge for this service is
$29.95 + $1 per Megabyte and is typically in the $35-45 range. There's no
obligation until you approve our quote.
Where is my PFC?
In the
"Organize" folder. Use your Windows 'Search' or 'Find'
function to locate a folder called 'Organize'. The size of the file may be read
by single clicking on the file name, right mouse clicking and selecting
"Properties".

quickly.
1) Select a folder in your Filing Cabinet by clicking on it.
2) Right-mouse click and
select "Save Folder As...".
3) Note where you are saving the folder..
4) Attach the file or files (.PFC extension) to emails
and send them to dumpaol@filevan.com.
If you have WinZip or PKZip, you may optionally compress the files before
sending them. After the trial, we will provide password-protected URLs for uploading large Filing Cabinets.
